Positive: The staff were of a very high standard, going out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Spa was fantastic!, The lady responsible was so nice and made us feel very welcome & Relaxed!!! The building, lobby, rooms, pool, outdoors area , all felt new/renewed and very spacious everywhere. The restaurant buffet tasted very good and the staff workers were excellent
